Welcome to My Website
Yolanda's,
Christian Outreach MinistriesMatthew 28:19 "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit."
The return of Jesus Christ is imminent, and as the time continues to draw near, Christians worldwide must remember that we have a job to do, and that is to deliver the message of the gospel to a decaying world. Technology has expanded the capacity of ministry and enabled the word of the Lord to travel to the farthest corners of the globe. Minister Yolanda has a vision to provide spiritual support and moral guidance to the Christian Community and the gateway will be through this website. I live a life of praise and heartfelt devotion to the one who created me, and I have a passion to assist others in living the abundant life that has been promised to us through the death of Jesus Christ. He said He has come to give us life and to give us life more abundantly. (John 10:10) That is the father's desire for you, to live life to the fullest, in overflow and excess.
Before we get into this exciting journey, I want to provide you with a clear and concise picture of what this ministry is and what it isn't. It does not fall under the category of a social media site, there are no profiles, or uploading of photos and videos, it isn't a place to socialize with friends and family. There is absolutely nothing wrong with such sites; however, this ministry has a completely different agenda. This Christian ministry is a scripture based prayer ministry consisting of a powerful Holy Ghost team of prayer warriors who will intercede on your behalf until you see the manifestation of your request. There are a few people who understand the power of prayer. Whether you are in Africa, Asia, Europe or North America prayer transcends walls. God does not act unless we pray, and there are certain people who disrupt hell and pull Heaven down to earth when they cry out to the Lord. That is a description of Yolanda Christian Ministries. All of your prayer requests are treated with the strictest confidentiality and respect, our aim is to get results and our promise is that we will pray until we do.
Prayer is the channel of communication used between God and His people. The bible says "He shall call upon Me and I shall answer Him…" (Psalm 91:15) That is a promise; He will hear us and answer us when we pray. The word answer according to the English dictionary means "A spoken or written reply or response to a question, request, letter." Praise God! Our Father in Heaven communicates with us; He hears and then delivers a personal response. He wants us to get to know Him personally, God already knows us, He created us. His desire is for us to know Him, and that comes through praying studying His word, and applying it to our life. We want to teach you how to do this.
“As he who called you is holy, be Yourselves holy in all Your conduct; since it is written: ‘you shall be holy, for I am holy'." (I Peter 2:15-16)

What We Believe!
About God
God is the creator and ruler of the universe. He has eternally existed in three persons – the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. These three are co-equal and are one God.
(Genesis 1:1, 26, 27; 3:22; Psalm 90:2; Matthew 28:19; 1 Peter 1:2; 2 Corinthians 13:14)
About Jesus Christ
Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He is co-equal with the Father. Jesus lived a sinless human life and offered himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all men by dying on a cross. He arose from the dead after three days to demonstrate His power over sin and death. He ascended to heaven’s glory and will return again to earth to reign as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
(Matthew 1:22, 23; Isaiah 9:6; John 1:1-5, 14:10-30; Hebrews 4:14, 15; 1 Corinthians 15:3, 4; Romans 1:3, 4; Acts 1:9-11; 1 Timothy 6:14, 15; Titus 2:13)

Christian Outreach Projects
Mary's Touch
Minister Yolanda has launched a deeply personal Christian Outreach Project called ‘Mary's Touch’ in an effort to promote kindness and bring joy to someone going through medical difficulties. The premise is simple: sitting down and having a conversation with a person facing cancer brings comfort to those in need.
James 5:13-15 Is anyone among you suffering? Then he must pray Is anyone cheerful? He is to sing praises. Is anyone among you sick? Then he must call for the elders of the church and they are to pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer offered in faith will restore the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up, and if he has committed sins, they will be forgiven him.
I know your Pain
The mission of this ministry is to let people know you can prevail over Domestic violence. Minister Yolanda isn't just another person standing on a soapbox talking about a subject that they know nothing about, she has personally gone through Domestic violence and sexual abuse first hand. This ministry is deeply personal to her and she knows domestic violence can happen to anyone of any race, age, sexual orientation, economic class, immigration status, religion, or gender. It can happen to couples that are married, living together, or who are dating. Domestic violence affects people of all socioeconomic backgrounds and education levels.
1. Romans 15:2-3 We should help others do what is right and build them up in the Lord.
One Person can make a Difference.
When you think of feeding the homeless, you typically invasion some big corporation or massive community outreach group leading the operation but Minister Yolanda believes One person can make a difference. Much of our work is based on the belief that homeless people should be treated like everyone else. We are all people! Despite the regulations or public feeding about homeless people, we give food, clothing and spiritual nourishment to those who desperately need it.
Back
Isaiah 58:10-11 Feed the hungry, and help those in trouble. Then your light will shine out from the darkness, and the darkness around you will be as bright as noon.

Sermons & Messages
In Matthew 5:13-14, Jesus tells us what we will become when we live by the ethics of being he teaches in the Beatitudes. You are the salt of the earth. You are the light of the world. As the salt of the earth, may our way of being foster justice and peace in our daily relationships. As the light of the world, may our way of being be a model for justice and peace in the world around us and in the world to come.
Minister Yolanda, founder and teacher for the Christian Outreach Ministries, has delivered many sermons and messages that address a Biblical, theological, religious, or moral topic. Elements of the sermon often include the following:

OverviewA simple touch
Minister Yolanda delivers a powerful sermon entitled "A simple touch". There is power in just one simple touch. This touch can change any situation you may be going through. Through this lession you're come to realize that God is waiting to touch you like no one can. A powerful touch that will remove all circumstances out of your way allowing you to fully understand His love for you. You must remain in faith, just like the woman in Luke 8:43-46 with the issue of blood. She knew that one touch would change her life.
The Sermon will be aired on Zee MuZik Radio 929AM (10/15/2017)
There is a reason
Minister Yolanda delivers a thought provoking sermon entitled "There is a reason." There is a quote by Jalaluddin Rumi that makes me appreciation God's love.
“Knock, And He'll open the door
Vanish, And He'll make you shine like the sun
Fall, And He'll raise you to the heavens
Become nothing, And He'll turn you into everything.”
Psalm 28:7 English Standard Version (ESV) "The Lord is my strength and my shield;in him my heart trusts, and I am helped; my heart exults, and with my song I give thanks to him."
The Sermon will be aired on Zee MuZik Radio 929AM (10/08/2017)
When will the pain stop?
Minister Yolanda delivers an inspirational sermon entitled "When will the pain stop? " One of the hardest lessions in life is letting go. Whether it's guilt, anger, love, loss, or betrayal. Change is never easy. We fight to hold on and we fight to let go. Isaiah 43:18-19 “Remember not the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.”
The Sermon will be aired on Zee MuZik Radio 929AM (10/01/2017)
I'll Give You Rest
Minister Yolanda delivers an deeply moving sermon entitled "I'll Give You Rest". There is a very old saying I'm sure you've heard it before and these are words to live by, "Life is like a marathon not a sprint". As humans we are all running life's race towards the finish line, racing against our own personal struggles, trials and tribulations. However, as Christians we are running that race with one goal in our hearts to gain victory and spend our eternity in the house of our Lord and savior. Proverbs 16:9 "A man's heart devises his way: but the LORD directs his steps." It's not how you start the race, It's how you finish.

Not today!
Minister Yolanda delivers an illuminating sermon entitled "Not today!" As humans we are often driven by our emotions, some days we are feeling happy and other days we are sad. Like the Weather, our constantly changing emotional states can also cause us to put on a mask. As Christians we have to be aware that the enomy will also try and obscure his true intencion behind a mask. The Bible tells us in 1 Peter 5:8 (NKJV) "Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour." The Bible warns us in Matthew 7:15-20 “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves. You will recognize them by their fruits." The devil's fruit is distruction and death. In Galatians 5:22-26 ESV " But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control..." you must choose your path wisely.

Next Season's Blessings.
Minister Yolanda delivers a introspective and uplifting sermon entitled " Next season's Blessings." As Christians, we live by faith, a deep, absolute, unwavering faith, the type of faith that can move mountains. If you have even a grain of doughty in Gods ability to do all things, your doubt will undermine your faith. John 6:35 NIV “Then Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty."
The Sermon will be aired on Zee MuZik Radio 929AM (9/10/2017)
Where there is doubt, there is unbelief.
Minister Yolanda delivers a spiritually inspired scripture based sermon entitled "Where there is doubt, there is unbelief.". As Christians, we live by faith, a deep, absolute, unwavering faith, the type of faith that can move mountains. If you have even a grain of doughty in Gods ability to do all things, your doubt will undermine your faith. John 6:35 NIV “Then Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty."

Remove this Heaviness
Minister Yolanda delivers a deeply personal sermon entitled "Remove this Heaviness". As humans we are born with five senses or methods of perception: taste, sight, touch, smell, and hearing. However, as Christians we know that there is a sixth sense. A non-traditional way of perceiving the world around us and that is the spiritual sense. It’s like how the physical environment seems to change right before a storm; it’s a sense of heaviness or pressure that comes over us. In life we will all go through time of deep emotional or physical turmoil. It is during these times when our sprit needs mending. Thank God, we serve a God that heals. A God that heals our broken hearts, broken bodies, broken minds, broken lives, and broken relationships. 1 Corinthians 15:43, “Our bodies are buried in brokenness, but they will be raised in glory. They are buried in weakness, but they will be raised in strength.

Broken Promises
Minister Yolanda delivers a heartfelt sermon entitled "Broken Promises". Have you ever thrown pebbles in a pond or still body of water? From the moment the pebbles hitting the surface of the water, you have disrupted the tranquility of that body of waters. Broken Promises are like that pebble and the ripples represent the pain and negative feeling caused by that broken promise. When we are crushed by the pain and anguish caused be someone breaking their word to us, we must turn to God for support and spiritual healing. So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand". Isaiah 41:10 NIV
The Sermon will be aired on Zee MuZik Radio 929AM (8/20/2017)
It's time to purge!
Minister Yolanda delivers a powerful sermon entitled "Its time to purge". What is the first think comes to mind when you hear the word purge? If you are like me, that word makes me think about detoxifying the body. When you detoxify your physical body you eliminate toxins that have over time accumulated in your body, these toxins are making and keeping you physically ill. Our spirit and spiritual life works the same way but instead of eliminating physical toxins we have to eliminate people and negative influences in our life. God wants us to live a holy life. To be holy means to be set apart or separate from sin and evil. We must have the Holy Spirit indwelling us and filling us with His holiness. We can only live a holy life through the power of the Spirit; thus, the first step to living a holy life is to purge your life of toxic influences that are poisoning your sprit and by accept Jesus as Savior.
The Sermon will be aired on Zee MuZik Radio 929AM (8/13/2017)
Overcoming Rejection
Minister Yolanda delivers a deeply personal sermon entitled “Overcoming Rejection”. As you make this journey we called life you will encounter rejection. Rejection can come in many forms, from not being accepted for your ethnicity, to not getting a job that you applied for, but the one form of rejection that seems to rock me to the core of my foundation is being rejected by someone in a relationship. It can make you feel like your heart and life has been shattered into a thousand pieces. We all have a fundamental need to belong. When we get rejected, this need becomes destabilized and the disconnection adds to our emotional pain. Sometimes by reconnecting with those who love us, or reaching out to family members or close friends, can help ease the emotional pain. As Christians we have been blessed to be able to turn to the one who created us for physical, emotional and spiritual support. When negative emotions are taking over your life, turn to God in prayer.
The Sermon will be aired on Zee MuZik Radio 929AM (8/06/2017)
Get with the program!
Minister Yolanda delivers a deeply personal sermon entitled “Get with the program”. Before you were even conceived, God knew every step you would take in life. He has provided you with a road map to live your life. “Know God. Peter says God "has given us everything we need for life and godliness through our knowledge of him" 2 Peter 1:3. You can follow his word and live a faith based life or you can follow man’s plan and wonder aimlessly through life. Through the Holy Spirit God gives us the soundness of mind by which we can apply his principles. We must learn how to live your life by faith not by sight. The choice is yours; it’s time for you to “Get with the program”.
The Sermon will be aired on Zee MuZik Radio 929AM (7/30/2017)
The Devil is a liar
Minister Yolanda delivers a powerful sermon entitled "The Devil is a liar". Ephesians 6:12 " For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." No,this isn't the punch line from some movie trailer but scripture from the bible. What it is attempting to convey to us as Christians, is that our battle is not against a flesh and blood opponent but agents a spiritual adversary. God has provided us with the weapons to prevail against the forces of evil. That weapon is his word. Ephesians 6:17 " And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God". Our victory against evil is assured or guaranteed, if we know and use the word of God. .
The Sermon will be aired on Zee MuZik Radio 929AM (7/23/2017)
Choices
Minister Yolanda delivers an illuminating sermon entitled "Choices" “In any given moment we have two options, to step forward in growth or to step back into safety.” Abraham Maslow. There is one thing that was given to us by God that we tend to take for granted every day? Freewill and the power of choice. Galatians 5:13 NIV "You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh ; rather, serve one another humbly in love." Our lives are filled with choices, do you hit the snooze button or get up and start your day. On the surface something so small or minor can seem inconsequential but in reality even this action can have profound consequences. We are able to make a choice but rarely do we have control of the consequences of that choice.
The Sermon will be aired on Zee MuZik Radio 929AM (7/16/2017)
What Are You Afraid Of?
Have you ever head the saying? “ The eyes are the windows to the soul” it a pretty common metaphor. It means your eyes can reveal the inner environment of you soul. Matthew 6:22&23 “The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light. But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness.” But what I have seen through life's experience is, your fears can also be window to your soul. For many people, worry, anxiety, and fear are constant companions. Minister Yolanda delivers a heartfelt sermon entitled "What Are You Afraid Of?" Through scripture you will explore your fears and discover the God has a plan and his provided for you. Isaiah 41:10 "Don't be afraid, because I'm with you; don't be anxious, because I am your God. I keep on strengthening you; I'm truly helping you. I'm surely upholding you with my victorious right hand."
The Sermon will be aired on Zee MuZik Radio 929AM (7/9/2017)
Know your Worth
Through scripture, Minister Yolanda eliminates how we are viewed through Jesus' eyes, in a sermon entitled "Know your Worth". The LORD treasure us. “For you are a people holy to the LORD your God. The LORD your God has chosen you to be a people for his treasured possession, out of all the peoples who are on the face of the earth. Deuteronomy 7:6 One of the most important things we can do is to embrace our Worth and see ourselves as God see's us. We are important because God designed and created us. God, for whom and through whom everything was made, chose to bring many children into glory. And it was only right that he should make Jesus, through his suffering, a perfect leader, fit to bring them into their salvation. Hebrews 2:10 (NLT)
The Sermon will be aired on Zee MuZik Radio 929AM (7/2/2017)
No longer a Victim
Minister Yolanda delivers a heartfelt sermon entitled "No longer a victim". Many of us walk around feeling like victims. But I say, no more Pity Parties. It is part of the human condition to face adversities in your life, some problems are small and annoying, while others are large and complicated. How you deal with your problems will greatly affect your happiness in life. However, people tend to blame their circumstances for where they are in life. Unfortunately if you allow your circumstances to define who you are, you are adopting the victim mindset, where you feel helpless and bitter when things do not work the way you want. Romans 8:39 "Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."
The Sermon will be aired on Zee MuZik Radio 929AM (6/25/2017)
Know who you are.
Minister Yolanda delivers a introspective sermon entitled " Know who you are!" There is a quote that I'm sure you've heard "To thine own self be true" is from Shakespeare's Hamlet. The quote seems to mean "disadvantageous" or "detrimental to your image"; by "true" he means "loyal to your own best interests." However, the fundamental requirement is first, you have to Know who you are. 1 Corinthians 3:16 - Do you not know that you are a temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?
The Sermon will be aired on Zee MuZik Radio 929AM (6/18/2017)
You cannot love what you do not know.
Minister Yolanda delivers a powerful sermon entitled "You cannot love what you do not know." It has been said that relationships are the centerpiece of the human experience. Without them, life seems to lose its meaning. Needless to say, experiencing a relationship with God is a crucial part of the equation. Romans 8:38-39 "For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord."
The Sermon will be aired on Zee MuZik Radio 929AM (6/11/2017)
You matter - Created in the image of God!
Minister Yolanda delivers a deeply personal sermon entitled “You matter - Created in the image of God!” How often have you allowed your critical inner voice to build the case that “no one cares about me,” and quietly contemplated do I really matter? This spiritually inspired, scripture based sermon addresses that question.
The Sermon will be aired on Zee MuZik Radio 929AM (6/04/2017)
What are you saying?
Minister Yolanda delivers an inspirational sermon on the power of the tough, entitled "What are you saying?” In these trying time most people have become extremely pessimistic. The glass is always almost half empty. But what we fail to realize, it’s this negative mindset that is creating the environment that we are speaking into our lives.
The Sermon will be aired on Zee MuZik Radio 929AM (5/28/2017)
The Church is Hurting
Minister Yolanda delivers a heartfelt sermon entitled "The Church is Hurting". So often we confuse the Church with a bricks and mortar physical building or structure, where we meet to worship God. But in actuality we, you and I, are the church. Our bodies are the temples that houses the Spirit of our Lord and together we make up the body of Christ. Members of the Body of Christ are the physical representation of Christ in this world. The Church is the organism through which Christ manifests His life to the world today. (Romans 8:9). " You, however, are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if in fact the Spirit of God dwells in you. Anyone who does not have the Spirit of Christ does not belong to him."
The Sermon will be aired on Zee MuZik Radio 929AM (5/21/2017)
Your delay is not your denial!
Minister Yolanda delivers a introspective sermon entitled " Your delay is not your denial!" Sometimes you are delayed where you are because God knows there's a storm where you're headed. You are not just waiting in vain. There is a purpose behind every delay. Whenever you do not understand what's happening in your life, just close your eyes, take a deep breath and say "God, I know it's your plan. Just help me through it". Praise be to God.
The Sermon will be aired on Zee MuZik Radio 929AM (5/14/2017)
Manipulating Spirits, Don't buy into the hype!
Minister Yolanda delivers a spiritually inspired, scripture based sermon that illuminates how to identify the many actions, strategy , scheme, and maneuvers employed by Manipulating Spirits. The sermon is entitled Manipulating Spirits, Don't buy into the hype! As you travel along life's journey, you're going to encounter many people that will try to manipulate you. God has already equipped you with the tools to defeat their attempts,His word. Psalms 119:105 "Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path."
The Sermon will be aired on Zee MuZik Radio 929AM (5/07/2017)
Take up your cross. It's time to follow God!
Minister Yolanda delivers a spiritually inspired sermon entitled "Take up your cross. It's time to follow God!". As you travel along life's journey, you're going to find yourself standing at a crossroads in your life. God has already equipped you for that event. The peaceful voice inside of us that invites us to be compassionate, kind, and honorable is God leading us down the path he has chosen for us. The scriptures teaches us that an important part of spiritually growth will be making the right choices. It's time to put down those earthly wants and desires and follow Christ. Matthew 16:24-26 "Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me."
The Sermon will be aired on Zee MuZik Radio 929AM (4/30/2017)
Contentment
Minister Yolanda delivers a powerful sermon entitled "Contentment" Godly people have the inner peace of knowing that they are right with God and that whether they live or die, they belong to Him because He is truly the Lord of their lives. Contentment comes from having the priority of godliness, not gain. 1 Timothy 6:6-8 "But godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. And having food and raiment let us be therewith content".
The Sermon will be aired on Zee MuZik Radio 929AM (4/23/2017)
How has your life changed?
Minister Yolanda delivers a spiritually compelling sermon entitled "How has your life changed?" Jesus tells us that his Love for us is constant; I am the same yesterday, today and forever. It is you who change like shifting sand, letting cirumstances toss you this way and that. Luke 12: 24-26 "Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap, they have no storeroom or barn, yet God feeds them. How much more valuable are you than the birds! And which of you by worrying can add an hour to his life? So if you cannot do such a very little thing as this, why do you worry about the rest?"
The Sermon will be aired on Zee MuZik Radio 929AM (4/16/2017)
Your Past is just that, you’re Past.
Minister Yolanda delivers a heartfelt sermon entitled "Your Past is just that, you’re Past." We have all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. We all stumble and fall short but through the grace of God our sins are forgiven. Hebrews 12:15 "Be careful that no one falls short of the grace of God, so that no root of bitterness will spring up to cause trouble and defile many".
The Sermon will be aired on Zee MuZik Radio 929AM (4/09/2017)
Who are you bowing down to?
Minister Yolanda delivers a powerful sermon entitled "Who are you bowing down to?". The title is used to bring into question who you are serving God or man. As you will discover, carrying out the will of the Lord and being totally submissive to the divine master is a choice. Exodus 20:5 (MSG) " Don't bow down to them and don't serve them because I am God, your God, and I'm a most jealous God"

As the light of the world, may our way of being be a model for justice and peace in the world around us and in the world to come.

Personal Growth
Ministry
We believe your understanding and relationship with God is the foundation for Personal development. At Yolanda's Christian Outreach Ministries we strive through spiritual teaching and prayer to help your personal growth.
Personal development is also known as self-development or personal growth. It involves the growth and enhancement of all aspects of the person, the feelings the person has about himself or herself, and their effectiveness in living. It includes the development of positive life skills and the development of a realistic and healthy self-esteem.
Personal development involves mental, physical, social, emotional, and spiritual growth that allows a person to live a productive and satisfying life within the customs and regulations of their society. This is achieved through the development of life skills.
These life skills, skills necessary for successfully living a productive and satisfying life, generally fall into one of several categories: feeling about self, intimacy, family, friends, community, job, leisure, and spirituality. They include being able to recognize and describe one's feelings, giving and receiving feedback, recognizing assumptions, setting realistic and attainable goals, and employing problem-solving strategies.
Increased personal growth and development is the goal of a wide range of men and women. It includes those who suffer from problems in their relationship with others, or who suffer emotionally with feeling of low self-esteem, anxiety, or depression. It also includes individuals who are marginally successful or even very successful in life, but who want to improve their efficiency, their ability to be and feel intimate and relate to others, , and/or their general level of satisfaction with, and enjoyment of, living.

We believe that Food For All is a basic human right – that all our neighbors have the right to food, especially in a community filled with so much abundance. Food is more than just nourishment: having enough food to eat alleviates stress, promotes long-lasting health benefits, and creates opportunities for people to focus on goals and dreams. During the holidays, Food For All brings hope and joy. It strengthens our community. It transforms lives.
How Does Your Giving Dollar Work?
This #GivingTuesday, we’re asking the community to help raise the funds for 300,000 meals in one day. With your support, we can do it! When you give, you’ll be strengthening the community by getting meals to neighbors across Washington and the surrounding Virginia and Maryland suburbs who need them. How does that happen, you ask?
A Great Gift Idea: share the joy of helping a family this holiday!
Why give stuff when you can give food, hope, and joy this holiday season? Send a gift in someone’s honor instead! Learn how.
INSTRUCT
People in sound Bible doctrine through Online classes and through other discipleship programs.
INVOLVE
People in ministry through weekly ministry opportunities.
IMPACT
Our community with the Gospel of Jesus Christ through personal evangelism and local ministry.
A ministry should be concerned with both the "hereafter" and the "here-and-now". That's the kind of ministry we strive to be. A place where families can grow stronger, where lasting friendships develop, where hurts are healed and victories are shared. People everywhere are looking for a warm and accepting place, full of life and purpose, where there is a sense of family and belonging. A place to find biblically based practical advice for everyday living.
"Therefore go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the Name of the Father and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."
-Matthew 28:19-20
BackMission Statement
Isaiah 55:11 "So shall My word be that goes forth from my mouth; it shall not return to me void, but it shall accomplish what I please and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it."
As Christians we must understand that there is a strategy to prayer, the above scripture tells that the word of God will accomplish what it was sent out to do. This means that we have to release that word in order to see it manifest. Our Father is waiting for us to send His word back to Him in the form of prayer so that He can bless us.
1 Timothy 2:1 states,“Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men.”
INSPIRE
We want to motivate you to live a life of prayer, thanksgiving and worship. True lasting joy only comes through the Spirit of the living God.
INSTRUCT
The Bible instructs us to live a life that is pleasing to Him, not everyone knows what that looks like. We want to help you to live a life of holiness, this is not an unattainable standard we have been given the power to do so through the indwelling Holy Spirit. Through prayer, fasting and studying the word of God we open up our hearts to be conformed into the image of His Son Jesus Christ.
BackWhat We Believe!
About Man
Man is made in the spiritual image of God, to be like him in character. He is the supreme object of God’s creation. Although man has tremendous potential for good, he is marred by an attitude of disobedience toward God called "sin." This attitude separates man from God.
(Genesis 1:27; Psalm 8:3-6; Isaiah 53:6a; Romans 3:23; Isaiah 59:1, 2)
About Eternity
Man was created to exist forever. He will either exist eternally separated from God by sin or in union with God through forgiveness and salvation. To be eternally separated from God is hell. To be eternally in union with him is eternal life. Heaven and hell are places of eternal existence.
(John 3:16; 1 John 2:25; 1 John 5:11-13; Romans 6:23; Revelation 20:15; Matthew 25:31-46)
About Salvation
Salvation is a gift from God to man. Man can never make up for his sin by self-improvement or good works – only by trusting in Jesus Christ as God’s offer of forgiveness can man be saved from sin’s penalty. Eternal life begins the moment one receives Jesus Christ into his life by faith.
(Romans 6:23; Ephesians 2:8, 9; John 14:6, 1:12; Titus 3:5; Galatians 3:26; Romans 5:1)
About Eternal Security
Because God gives man eternal life through Jesus Christ, the believer is secure in salvation for eternity. Salvation is maintained by the grace and power of God, not by the self-effort of the Christian.
(John 10:29; 2 Timothy 1:12; Hebrews 7:25; 10:10, 14; 1 Peter 1:3-5)
About The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is equal with the Father and the Son as God. He is present in the world to make men aware of their need for Jesus Christ. He also lives in every Christian from the moment of salvation. He provides the Christian with power for living, understanding of spiritual truth, and guidance in doing what is right. The Christian seeks to live under his control daily.
(2 Corinthians 3:17; John 16:7-13, 14:16, 17; Acts 1:8; 1 Corinthians 2:12, 3:16; Ephesians 1:13; Galatians 5:25; Ephesians 5:1)
About The Bible
The Bible is God’s word to all men. It was written by human authors, under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is the supreme source of truth for Christian beliefs and living. Because it is inspired by God, it is truth without any mixture of error.
(2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:20, 21; 2 Timothy 1:13; Psalm 119:105,160, 12:6; Proverbs 30:5)
About Baptism
Baptism by immersion symbolizes the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus and is your public declaration that you have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Savior. Baptism does not save you, but shows the world that you have already been saved. And while baptism is not required for salvation, it is a biblical command and demonstrates your love and obedience to Christ.
(Colossians 2:12; Acts 2:41; Ephesians 2: 8-9; Matthew 28:19-20)
About Communion
Communion, or the Lord’s Supper, is an ordinance given to all believers by Jesus Christ to remember his sacrifice for us and to symbolize the new covenant. The elements of bread and wine or juice are symbols of Christ’s broken body and shed blood. Communion is not a means of salvation. Rather, it is a testament of a believer’s faith in the atoning work of the cross.
(Matthew 26:26-30; Mark 14:22-26; Luke 22:19,20; 1 Corinthians 11:23-29)

Hospitals, hospices, funeral homes, retirement communities, schools, military chaplaincies, and other organizations send them to people they serve who are grieving.

No landlord would pay more than necessary for utilities or other operating expenses for a rental property. Yet millions of landlords pay more taxes on their rental income than they have to. Why? Rental real estate provides more tax benefits than almost any other investment.
Every year, millions of landlords pay more taxes on their rental income than they have to. Why? Because they fail to take advantage of all the tax deductions available for owners of rental property. Rental real estate provides more tax benefits than almost any other investment.
Often, these benefits make the difference between losing money and earning a profit on a rental property. Here are the top ten tax deductions for owners of small residential rental property.
1. Interest
Interest is often a landlord's single biggest deductible expense. Common examples of interest that landlords can deduct include mortgage interest payments on loans used to acquire or improve rental property and interest on credit cards for goods or services used in a rental activity.
2. Depreciation
The actual cost of a house, apartment building, or other rental property is not fully deductible in the year in which you pay for it. Instead, landlords get back the cost of real estate through depreciation. This involves deducting a portion of the cost of the property over several years.
3. Repairs
The cost of repairs to rental property (provided the repairs are ordinary, necessary, and reasonable in amount) are fully deductible in the year in which they are incurred. Good examples of deductible repairs include repainting, fixing gutters or floors, fixing leaks, plastering, and replacing broken windows.
4. Local Travel
Landlords are entitled to a tax deduction whenever they drive anywhere for their rental activity. For example, when you drive to your rental building to deal with a tenant complaint or go to the hardware store to purchase a part for a repair, you can deduct your travel expenses.
If you drive a car, SUV, van, pickup, or panel truck for your rental activity (as most landlords do), you have two options for deducting your vehicle expenses. You can:
* deduct your actual expenses (gasoline, upkeep, repairs), or
* use the standard mileage rate (56 cents per mile for 2014; 56.5 cents per mile for 2013). To qualify for the standard mileage rate, you must use the standard mileage method the first year you use a car for your business activity. Moreover, you can't use the standard mileage rate if you have claimed accelerated depreciation deductions in prior years, or have taken a Section 179 deduction for the vehicle.
5. Long Distance Travel
If you travel overnight for your rental activity, you can deduct your airfare, hotel bills, meals, and other expenses. If you plan your trip carefully, you can even mix landlord business with pleasure and still take a deduction.
However, IRS auditors closely scrutinize deductions for overnight travel -- and many taxpayers get caught claiming these deductions without proper records to back them up. To stay within the law (and avoid unwanted attention from the IRS), you need to properly document your long distance travel expenses.
6. Home Office
Provided they meet certain minimal requirements, landlords may deduct their home office expenses from their taxable income. This deduction applies not only to space devoted to office work, but also to a workshop or any other home workspace you use for your rental business. This is true whether you own your home or apartment or are a renter.
7. Employees and Independent Contractors
Whenever you hire anyone to perform services for your rental activity, you can deduct their wages as a rental business expense. This is so whether the worker is an employee (for example, a resident manager) or an independent contractor (for example, a repair person).
8. Casualty and Theft Losses
If your rental property is damaged or destroyed from a sudden event like a fire or flood, you may be able to obtain a tax deduction for all or part of your loss. These types of losses are called casualty losses. You usually won't be able to deduct the entire cost of property damaged or destroyed by a casualty. How much you may deduct depends on how much of your property was destroyed and whether the loss was covered by insurance.
9. Insurance
You can deduct the premiums you pay for almost any insurance for your rental activity. This includes fire, theft, and flood insurance for rental property, as well as landlord liability insurance. And if you have employees, you can deduct the cost of their health and workers' compensation insurance.
10. Legal and Professional Services
Finally, you can deduct fees that you pay to attorneys, accountants, property management companies, real estate investment advisors, and other professionals. You can deduct these fees as operating expenses as long as the fees are paid for work related to your rental activity.

backPrayer - Developing a life of Prayer
We believe the church is the foundation of the community.Taking God at His word transformed the life and ministry of a young man named Dawson Trotman. Dawson was deep into Scripture memorization. One verse that captured his attention was Jeremiah 33:3 – "Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not" (KJV).
Again and again he reviewed and meditated upon this verse. Did God really mean it – call upon Me; I will answer you; I will show you great and mighty things? Pondering this led to a 42-day "prayer meeting," in which Trotman and a few others with him got serious about praying for local youth and cities, and then expanded out to other cities in their state, other states in their nation, and finally the world.

backThe Prayer Driven Life
Overview
What drives you? Or what is the ""motivation"" or ""purpose"" of your life? Robert Oh has traveled to close to fifty countries in his lifetime and met hundreds of thousands of God-fearing and God-loving people who are still asking the fundamental question of life: ""What does God want me to do with my life?"" At the end of your life you don't want to catch yourself saying, "That was it?"" You see, without God, your life will be only earthly, natural, and predictable; it won't be supernatural or godly. You reap what you sow. The Prayer Driven Life is an invitation to enter this incredible supernatural life--fashioned by God and through your own prayer. What does God want you to do with your life? Why don't you ask Him? Pray! About the Contributor(s): Robert Oh is the founder of Vision to Reality Foundation (V2R) in America and a mission mobilizer for Cambodia. He is the author of Nehemiah Leadership.
backSpiritual Warfare Prayers
Overview
Few Christians realize that the word "fornication" in the Old Testament Hebrew and New Testament Greek, was an all-inclusive term for all forms of sexual sin, including adultery, masturbation, physical and spiritual fornication, sodomy (oral and anal sex acts), pre-marital intercourse, and extra-marital intercourse. In the ancient world, there were only two tipes of sexual activity among believers.licit and illicit. The only licit or legitimate form of sexual activity was vaginal intercourse, mentioned as "the natural function", that is, the ONLY one ordained by God, in Romans Chapter 1. All other forms of sex were illegitimate in God's eyes because they are unnatural, permitting the sexual organs to be used for purposes and circumstances for which they were not ordained. This book discusses these things at length, demonstrates how the scriptures reveal that this is hostility toward God, and traces pagan origins of these practices to demonstrate that these forms of sex are, indeed, Baal worship. Principles of overcoming and deliverance are discussed at length.
backThe Christian Warrior
Overview
The battle cry of the Triarii, Stete, "Stand firm!" was adopted by the Apostle Paul to encourage Christians to steadfast devotion to the cause of the Lord Jesus Christ. It is a cry that needs repeating today.
Every one of us lives in a war zone. All around us an invisible war rages: the angelic conflict, the struggle between truth and lies, between right and wrong, between the Lord Jesus Christ and the fallen realm. The moment we place our trust in Christ and receive eternal salvation, we enter not only the Royal Family of God, but also the royal army of God; we become a combatant in this battle of the ages.
This newly republished book is transcribed from a 31-audio-lesson series which Gene taught called "Christian Warrior Special. " This book is a study of Christian combat—a manual for the soldier of faith. In it, we will follow the Apostle Paul's development of Christian warfare through the use of military terminology in his letters.

backHealing the Broken Heart and Wounded Spirit
Overview
This dynamic book is a must for all Christians, especially Ministers, teachers, evangelists, prophets and apostles who minister to the broken-hearted and wounded in spirit. It begins with Old Testament and New Testament surveys of what the heart of man really is, and how it must be prepared to receive ministry from the Holy Spirit in order to obtain healing and transformation. A comprehensive scriptural review of the role of Jesus and the role of the person ministering, are included. The healing is done by Jesus, who is truly present when invited into the circumstance and yielded to, for scripture tells us that only He, and He alone, can know the heart of man, The second-half of the book describes the Prayer Dialogue with Jesus, which effects the healing and obtains the desired transformation over whatever number of sessions are required, in His timing. This will bless you and your ministry!
Matthew 25 35:39
35 For vI was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you wgave me drink, xI was a stranger and you welcomed me, 36 vI was naked and you clothed me, yI was sick and you zvisited me, aI was in prison and you came to me.’ 37 Then the righteous will answer him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? 38 And when did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you?39 And when did we see you sick or in prison and visit you?’
Let me ask you a question, and I want you to answer honestly: do you really think you can make a difference in the world or even your local community ? If you're like most people, your answer was no. Well, guess what? You're probably wrong. Not only can you make a difference, you've probably had a far greater impact on way more people than you realize.

backHow to become a Prayer Warrior
Prayer Warriors
I am a big believer in the power of prayer and with all that is happening in the world around us, I invite you to join me in becoming a great Prayer Warrior.
First, what is a Prayer? A Prayer warrior is a term used by many evangelical and other Christians to refer to anyone who is committed to praying for others. A Prayer Warrior is someone who is willing to commit to a daily, heartfelt prayer practice…and who is willing to pray alone, for others, with others, and even for strangers. The world desperately needs all of our prayers, now more than ever. I trust and believe that with the constant, incessant roar of our collective prayers, we can all help heal the world and this country in this time of great need.

The Broken Ministry
Psalm 34:18 "The Lord is near to the broken hearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit" The world is full of broken hurting people who can't see any way out of their situation. Suicide is on the increase as the crushed in spirit are unable to cope with life's tribulations. Chaos is the order of the day; we are bombarded with news reports of death and destruction on all four corners of the globe. People everywhere are asking the same question…..is there any hope? We can tell you without a shadow of a doubt there is hope. The state of the world doesn't scare Christians, we have been warned in advance, the bible tells us these things:
2 Timothy 3:1-4 "In the last days there will be very difficult times, for people will be lovers of themselves and their money. They will be boastful and proud, scoffing at God, disobedient to their parents, and ungrateful. They will consider nothing sacred. They will be unloving and unforgiving; they will slander others and have no self control. They will be cruel and hate what is good. They will be reckless be puffed up with pride and lovers of pleasure rather than God."
Our hope isn't in the government, our money, or our material possessions. Our hope is in Jesus Christ, this world will soon be no more. However, in the mean time we must learn to live above and not beneath our circumstances because they don't define us. In fact, God can turn that which is broken into something so beautiful that you would never know that it had been broken. We want to heal your broken places through this ministry
(Ezekiel 21:6-7)"As for you, son of man, groan with breaking heart and bitter grief, groan in their sight. "And when they say to you, 'Why do you groan?' you shall say, 'Because of the news that is coming; and every heart will melt, all hands will be feeble, every spirit will faint and all knees will be weak as water. Behold, it comes and it will happen,' declares the Lord GOD."
The Spiritual Growth
Ministry
A Spiritual Growth Plan is an intentional, thought through, and written out plan that describes and defines what you believe God would have you do to walk with Him and grow spiritually.
Connecting to God: By far the two things that God will use most powerfully and frequently in our lives to grow us and help us stay connected to Him are His Word and prayer. At the most basic level He speaks to us through His Word and we respond through prayer. This is how our relationship with Him is nurtured and sustained. So the most significant thing that we can and should include in a spiritual growth plan is how we will read the Word devotionally (thoughtfully and responsively). We recommend as a starting point 30 minutes for such devotional reading of the Bible. Twenty minutes to read and reflect on what we read and ten minutes to respond in prayer to what He has shown us in His Word and speak with Him about other concerns we may have. In a plan include when you will do this, where, for how long, and what portion(s) of the Bible you will read.
Conforming to Scripture: As you think through a spiritual growth plan ask God to guide you regarding any changes He may want to make in your life. Jesus said that if we love Him we will keep His commandments. He has spoken to us in His Word about virtually every area of life. Jesus also said that the goal of the church is to make disciples “teaching them to observe all I have commanded you” To be a follower of Christ is to continually seek to grow in obedience to His will. We all have “growing edges”. Ask God to show you those. It may be harmful patterns to stop, or helpful ones to begin. He will show you and He will enable you if you ask Him. Write them down as part of your plan to grow.
Inputs: In addition to reading the word devotionally God uses such things as books, involvement in groups, conferences, the regular practice of spending extended time alone with Him, Scripture memory, rest and retreats, to grow us. These are some of the time tested “means of grace” that have been recognized for centuries. Ask God to show you what elements might help you most at this stage of your life and in light of the areas where you would like to grow.
Outputs: Often when we give to and serve others we receive far more blessing than we pass on. Serving is also one of those “means of grace” that God has ordained to nurture our relationship with Him. Serving and giving to others and to God’s work helps break the human tendency toward selfishness, and God uses it, by His Spirit to free us. All of us have been blessed with talents and resources that are not just given to us for us. God wants us to be channels. So the final step in any good SGP is to think through and write down how you will serve and give to God and others.

Bible Geocoding
The location of every identifiable place mentioned in the Bible.
Also available: KMZs arranged by book and by chapter. Turn book or chapter layers on and off to see patterns across the Bible.
The atlas lists all the places alphabetically, complete with thumbnails, verses, and photos (when available).
Overlays for Google Earth let you see how maps of ancient and modern Jerusalem fit satellite imagery.
About 10,000 photos of places in the Bible. These photos use the Flickr and Panoramio APIs and are thus of varying quality—many of them just happen to be of people or places near the ancient locations. But a lot of the photos are quite helpful: see Beersheba, Capernaum, and Ur, for example.
These files map all the places in the Bible whose locations I could find.

Death is nothing at all
I have only slipped away into the next room
I am I, and you are you.
Whatever we were to each other
That we still are.
Call me by my old familiar name
Speak to me in the easy way which you always used
Wear no forced air of solemnity or sorrow.
Laugh as we always laughed at the little jokes
We enjoyed together.
Play, smile, and think of me.
Let my name be ever the household word that
It always was.
Let it be spoken without effort,
Without the trace of a shadow on it.
Life means all that it ever meant
It is the same as it ever was
There is absolutely unbroken continuity.
Why should I be out of mind because I am
Out of sight? I am but waiting for you
For an interval
Somewhere very near
Just around the corner .
All is well.

Safely Home
I am home in heaven, dear ones;
Oh, so happy and so bright.
There is a perfect joy and beauty
in this everlasting light.
All the pain and grief is over,
every restless tossing passed;
I am now at peace forever,
safely home in heaven at last.
Did you wonder I so calmly
Trod the valley of the shade?
Oh, but Jesus’ love illuminated
Every dark and fearful glade.
And He came Himself to meet me
in the way so hard to tread;
And with Jesus’ arm to lean on
could I have one doubt or dread?
Then you must not grieve so sorely,
for I love you dearly still.
Try to look beyond death’s shadows;
Pray to trust our Father’s will.
There is work still waiting for you,
so you must not idly stand.
Do it now, while life remaineth;
you shall rest in Jesus’ land.
When that work is all completed,
He will gently call you home;
Oh, the rapture of that meeting;
Oh, the joy to see you come!

I'm Still Here
Friend, please don't mourn for me
I'm still here, though you don't see.
I'm right by your side each night and day
And within your heart I long to stay.
My body is gone but I'm always near.
I'm everything you feel, see or hear.
My spirit is free, but I'll never depart
As long as you keep me alive in your heart.
I'll never wander out of your sight-
I'm the brightest star on a summer night.
I'll never be beyond your reach-
I'm the warm moist sand when you're at the beach.
I'm the colorful leaves when Autumn's around
And the pure white snow that blankets the ground.
I'm the beautiful flowers of which you're so fond,
The clear cool water in a quiet pond.
I'm the first bright blossom you'll see in the spring,
The first warm raindrop that April will bring.
I'm the first ray of light when the sun starts to shine,
And you'll see that the face in the moon is mine.
When you start thinking there's no one to love you,
You can talk to me through the Lord above you.
I'll whisper my answer through the leaves on the trees,
And you'll feel my presence in the soft summer breeze.
I'm the hot salty tears that flow when you weep
And the beautiful dreams that come while you sleep.
I'm the smile you see on a baby's face.
Just look for me, friend, I'm every place!

Healing Ministry
“So then faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God.” Romans 10:17
The Bible says, “God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, [Jesus Christ], that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life” (John 3:16).Jesus said, “I came that they may have life and have it abundantly”—a complete life full of purpose (John 10:10).
We believe God is releasing healing power and restoring His people. Our Healer is passionate about each and every one of us, and wants to set us FREE—spirit, soul, and body.
"When the even was come, they brought unto him many that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with his word, and healed all that were sick: That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses." (Matthew 8:16-17)
The receiving of Christian Healing is simply to ask the Lord to lead you to the community in which He intends you to share, and to the persons in the community through whom He will minister to you. Ask the people to whom He sends you to pray for you; and being willing to receive the healing on His terms. If you are willing to ask, He is able to open the way for you to find what you are seeking from Him. It may not always be what you expect, but He will act in your life.

About Prayer Ministry
Yolanda's,
Christian Outreach Ministries is a prayer based inspiration ministry all-inclusive, spiritual community that supports the individual and collective life of the soul and spirit within every human being. We celebrate the many expressions of God represented in the many faiths and cultural traditions upon our shared planet in order to inspire us all to be who we are meant to be.
Prayer is all about relationship with God. As a Christian, we were given the privilege to be called sons and daughters of God (John 1:12). Imagine the Creator of the heavens and earth, being our heavenly Father, who desires so much to be in fellowship and relationship with us. It's hard enough to get an audience with the presidents of the countries of this world, yet, the Creator of the universe longs for us to come into His Presence and was willing to sacrifice His Son so that we may have this relationship now and forever.
The purpose of the prayer ministry team is to actively encourage and promote prayer within the body of Christ. By being open and responsive to the working of the Holy Spirit, we pray that God's love, guidance and healing power would be released for the edification of His people and advancement of His Kingdom to His glory. We pray! And we equip the whole church to pray including our children so that each of us can walk in the fullness of relationship with the Lord.
Prayer is necessary for people to invite God to act in salvation. God gave the earth to Adam and his descendants, so we must invite God to work here. If no one invites Him to work on earth, Satan—the “god of this age” because of humanity’s universal rebellion (2 Corinthians 4:4) will dominate human affairs, and eventually the judgment of God will come. By inviting God to intercede often and specifically, multitudes can be saved who would otherwise be lost.
We depend on God. He is our source. He is our life (Colossians 3:4). Through prayer, we receive the comfort, strength, and all the other resources we need in life, both naturally and spiritually. Prayer—relationship with God—is as necessary to the spiritual life as air is to the natural life.
